Your first attempt at Turkish Delight has cured me of any desire to ever try it again ;-).

As opposed to my self-styled wet-blanket wife there, here's hoping your Turkish Delight comes out great. I have had wonderful Turkish Delight (it was called Applets and Cotlets, and you can still get it from Liberty Orchards), so no botched attempts at making it will ever cure me of my desire to eat the enchanted Turkish Delight, and since I've once tasted it I will want more and more of it, and will even, if I were allowed, go on eating it till I killed myself - I mean, have some more at some point. ;-)]

sorry Sufie...that sounds tragic...I was gonna try it with Hannah, but we won't see her for a while :(...and my project is due Monday. Thank you Adrian!! I'm glad you believe in my abilities to create an enchanting dessert. I'm glad I won't disappoint you too much if I mess up...back to the kitchen!!!! :)

By the way, I won't post pictures until tomorrow because the turkish Delight won't be done until then. So...I'll post pictures of the whole process tomorrow. :)
