Happy April Fools Day!!!!
Alas! I was the only person who remembered to bring a camera...and I forgot to check my batteries which died soon after we arrived. This is the only picture (in our possession) of the entire wedding! :( But, this one's pretty good. :) The music was for the most part all celtic, the groomsmen (and groom, and father of the bride) wore kilts, and they cut the cake with a sword. Both the bride and groom were deeply involved with fencing, and they had an honor guard (the bride's brothers and other fencing students) salute them as they left. It was a beautiful spring day, and it was a lovely wedding and reception. They had regular reception food, (cheese and crackers, rolls, chicken salad, etc) and delicious punch. They also had CANDY!! Tons and tons of CANDY. I think everyone should have candy at their wedding. :) It makes the little kids less restless. They also had serving cakes, so that guests could eat cake without having to wait for the bride and groom to cut it. It was exquisite!
so...I just realized that in 24 hours from Tuesday night to Wednesday night, no one really checks my blog besides me and SJ. so I have decided to give y'all until Saturday night. If you have any ideas (or just don't want me to post about my sister), you must sumbit them before 10 pm on Saturday, March 27th.
Okay, kids, I haven't forgotten y'all, my faithful blog readers. I just seem to be lacking the inspiration in my head that then becomes a blog post on the computer. If anybody has extra, it would be appreciated. Okay, despite the possibly confusing vernacular of the above statement, let's cut to the chase. WHAT SHOULD I POST ABOUT?!?!?!?! Is that clear enough?
