School has officially started now, and I'm feeling rather swamped. I stil have tons of homework to do that is due on Monday...but I'm just telling you posts (at least for the next couple of weeks) will be few and far between. (not like I posted that much anyway, but that's beside the point.) :)
SJ's coming back tonight! The question now is whether or not I should put her room back to the way it was. Should I leave it like it is now (with the 'for rent' sign and everything) or should I put it back the way it was? I'm open to suggestions... :)
Summer is almost over! I can't believe it went by so quickly, and I'm totally not ready for school to start on Monday!! AHHH!!!! Actually, I am ready in the sense that I have collected and previewed my books for this year, and feel fairly confident about the year...I just don't want to use the books or the year to start already! Oh, well. Summer has been great, but now it's time to keep on learning. Fun.
The last picture is how Sarah left her room when she flew to Maine on Sunday. The first three pictures are what I did this morning. I decided to rent out her space in my - I mean our bedroom. Any takers?
I do realize how long it has been since I posted, and I apologize. However, many people do not realize how long it has been since I posted, because they don't check my blog that often. Which I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND, by the way. It's summer, and people are super crazy, and some are out of town and don't have internet half the time, or just don't have time to go on the computer, or just don't check my blog because it's not a top priority when they do. I completely understand, I myself don't have as much time to post. So, whenever something happens that warrants the time and effort to post, but is not important enough that everyone needs to know, (since they aren't reading this, anyway) I'll post. Until then, I hope you all are having a great summer!!!!
I just shot a mouse!!! No, I'm not kidding. We've had a mouse living in our pantry for almost four days, and today Dad caught him/it. (We named it Earl Templeton Mickey IV, in case you were wondering.) So, Dad caught it with our claw thingy. Actually, first he barricaded himself in our pantry to try and catch it in a live rat trap, but he escaped into the kitchen (this daring escapade was soon followed by many screams and jumps and terrification) and Dad hit him with the claw and immobolized him and then he was really caught. Then I loaded up our gun and shot the mouse. Thus ended Earl Templeton Mickey IV. It was really excited, and I think everyone's adrenaline is still pumping. Sarah took a video, but it's too long too upload. I might be able to post some of it and maybe some pictures later.
